Lillian Ip was travelling through dense bush in Victoria when she took a wrong turn and her vehicle became stuck in mud. After five nights she was discovered by emergency services.

The Prime Minister of Liechtenstein, Daniel Risch, has announced plans to allow citizens to pay for government services with Bitcoin. The European microstate will immediately exchange the cryptocurrency for Swiss francs. This move follows similar initiatives in Swiss communities Zug and Lugano.
